About Joseph LoPresti
Born in Toronto, Joseph LoPresti has been a tax advocate and litigator for almost two decades. He is a passionate advocate who has successfully represented numerous taxpayers, small business owners as well as individuals, at both the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Joseph specializes in providing practical solutions to resolve tax disputes in a cost effective manner and has extensive experience dealing with many divisions of the Canada Revenue Agency. He attained an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received the 2003 Women’s Law Association of Ontario Prize in Estate Planning.
